There is no separate IAS Exam for the candidates to join IAS.

But, there is a common written exam to be placed in various civil services like
-IAS
-IPS
-IRS
-IFS etc.

The complete selection procedure for this is by
-CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test)
-Civil Services Main Examination
-Interview

As per your query,
here is the required eligibility criteria for the candidate to take this exam

Academic Qualification :
-One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream from a recognized university.
-Candidates who have appeared for final year exams of Graduation course and waiting for the result can also apply for this exam. But, they should be able to show the proof of passing in Graduation when they appear for Interview.

Age criteria :
-One should possess an age between 21-30 years.
-Relaxation is there in upper age limit upto 3 years for the candidates of OBC category and upto 5 years for the candidates of SC/ST category.

If you fulfill this criteria, you can apply for this exam.
