My dream is to get into indian police department. My height is only 5.4 inches. So tell me about the requirements for joining the department?

You are not eligible for Indian Police department as your height is less than 5.5 feet.

Requirement for Indian Police Department :

Height of candidate must be above 167.5 cms or 5.5 feet.
Distant eye : 6/6
Near eye : 0/6
Chest must be more than 86.3 cms with minimum expansion of 5 cms.

As per height criteria, you can't apply for Indian Police department.

Educational Qualification:

The minimum educational qualification for recruitment is 10+2 in any discipline or equivalent.

Age Limit:

The minimum and maximum age for recruitment shall be 18 years and 25 years.

Physical criteria:-

For Male candidates:
Minimum Height- 5’ 7” (Five feet Seven Inches)

For Female candidates:
Minimum Height -5’ 3” (Five feet three Inches)

I'm 5.4 feet can I become a police

Cane i get the police job with 5.4 or 5.5 inches
