What should I do after completing class 12th to become an IPS officer?


Respected Sir, I am in class 11th now and I want to become an IPS after completing class 12th, but I don't know what should I do. I want to know, what should I do after completing class 12th to become an IPS officer? Please answer as soon as possible.

To become an I.P.S Officer the candidates have to appear and qualify in Civil Services examination conducted by UPSC.

The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

So, as you are in 11th now you have to complete your 12th and then the bachelor degree to appear for examination.

The examination is conducted in three stages and you have to qualify in all three stages of examination for final selection for service.
