Sorry to say it is not possible for you to study B.Sc Nursing being a 12th student with Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition and Psychology subjects. The required eligibility to study B.Sc in Nursing is a 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with aggregate of 50% marks from a recognized board. The minimum age limit is 17 years to study the course. So you can try for some other course in graduation.

A candidate must have pass class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks in 45% for reserved categories from recognised board. Age limit should be in between 17 to 35 years. You have to give entrance exam conducted by the University where you want to seek admission.

Most of the nursing entrance exams have multiple choice questions related to physics, chemistry and biology for admission. This shows that you must study PCB stream in class 12th to become eligible.

As you have not studied Physics which is essential according to the eligibility criteria of most of the entrance exam which makes it difficult for you to get admission in nursing.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to appear for the above mentioned course with the subjects you have opted for in your +2 level. In order to opt for the above mentioned course you should have studied PCB having scored a minimum of 50% in aggregate, therefore I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for it.
