For getting job, is it beneficial to do Internship if having 3 backlogs in B.Tech(Chemical Engineering)?


I have 3 backlogs in my B.Tech. I am in the final semester now, has taken Chemical Engineering. I know with 3 backlogs its not easy to get job. So I think doing internship will be favourable for me. Is my idea really works?

Yes, it is beneficial to do internships to get a job after completion of BTech Chemical Engineering. The aspirant has to complete his/her BTech Chemical Engineering course first to get a job. Candidates can join the internship and get very good practical experience. Some interns are selected by the companies itself based on their performance during internships. Candidates can know how companies work and work environment during internships. Internships are useful for future employment in the same organization itself. Internships are also useful for skill development and to get leadership skills.
