Am I eligible to apply for Ph.D course with 54.25 percentage marks in MA? Can you please give me the details about the universities in which I can apply for the course? It will be really helpful if you can answer me soon as possible on the same. Thank you!

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to opt for the Ph.D course with the above mentioned marks scored in your MA degree course.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are only eligible to opt for the Ph.D course.

Sorry, that you are not eligible for PhD course. For getting admission in a Ph.D program you have to appear for an entrance exam and interview in most Universities. For this entrance exam, the minimum qualification required is Post Graduation with at least 55% marks from a recognized University.

You have completed M.A degree with 54.25% marks from a recognized University so you are not eligible for Ph.D course.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D entrance exam. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

There are no age criteria.
