Am i eligible for TCS BPO job with a year gap after first job?
I am Shovan DAS. I have got 71 % in 10 th, 51% in 12 th, and 72% in polytechnic diploma English in CST. I have gap in my career after leaving my first job. I want to know if i am eligible to join TCS BPO?

Yes, you are eligible for TCS BPO job with a year gap after first job. Candidate must not have more than two years gap between his studies and job.
Eligibility : Candidate must have passed graduation from any recognised university. Candidate must have secured more than 60% marks in graduation. Candidate must not have more than 2 years gap during his studies and job. |

Hi friend, your score seem quiet sufficient for you to join a BPO. Effective communication in English or mentioned language is a must for working in a BPO. TCS allows gap of upto 2 years with a valid reason. BPOs mainly consist of customer support/Technical support with voice and non voice options. Voice would be a call based support and Non voice will be a chat based processing.
