I have 4 months of experience as a Software Engineer in IBM. I came to know about the Software Engineer recruitment in Expertis IT. Is it my right move to quit job in IBM and move to Expertis IT? Is it beneficial for me?

No, this is totally bad idea to quit your job. Even after quiting you won't be getting experience certificate for 4 months. So, logically you won't be considered as a experienced candidate and you have to sit in the recruitment drive as a fresher only.

So, it will be better for you to complete 1 year in the current organization and then after you can switch to any other organization.

Even it will make a bad impression over the HR if you will join any other organization after working for 4 months in former organization.
