To apply for the company you have three option:

1 Thorough college close campus.
2. Through Pool campus that is On campus.
3. through Direct interview.

** option 1st and second have more opportunity as well as possibility to get you into job.
Option 3 is somewhat risky and time taking and you have to face a lot of difficulty while implementing option 3.
So, better for you to grab the opportunity by following option 1 and 2.
