Hello, I am Neha from Chandigarh. Just recently passed my board exams of class 10th. I want to become an Air Hostess! It is a humble request to give me a proper guidance about that field?

Procedure to become an Air Hostess:-

To become an air hostess you need to be a 12th pass out from a recognised board.

Age should be below 25 years.

Height should be more than 1 57.5 CM.

Eyesight should be clear and status unmarried.

The ability to communicate properly and pleasant personality is also an important criteria here.


Selection procedure includes screening test, then written exam and group discussion and personal interview.

Procedure to become air hostess:

One must have done 12th standard in any discipline from a recognised board with minimum 50% marks in order to join air hostess training course.

Age should be less than 25 years.

You have to appear in the entrance exam in order to join government institute and after that you have to appear in the personal interview and after that you have to appear for group discussion then only you will be eligible to join this training.

Eligibility to join air hostess:

Aspirants must have done 12th standard in any stream from a recognised board

After passing 12th standard one has to appear in the written examination and if qualified than has to appear for the personal interview and if that also qualified them appear for group discussion only then you will be eligible to join air hostess course.

Minimum height required to join air hostess is 158 CM.

Aspirants must have good fluency in English and must know other three languages.

Sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to become Air Hostess after completion of 10th standard.
The minimum qualification required to become an Air Hostess is 12th standard in any discipline.Those candidates who have completed 12th standard and posses good personality, skill in fluent English are eligible for Air Hostess job.Candidates must also have the following qualities:

>Weight should be proportionate to height.
>Candidate must be unmarried.
>Age of the candidate should be within 18-25 years.
In order to get an Air Hostess job in a particular Airline, candidate need to apply its form when there is notification for it.After getting shortlisted for interview, candidate have to appear and qualify the interview round after that there will be a training period of certain duration.After completion of training period the candidate can work as an Air Hostess in the particular Airline.
