Provide information about criteria and process of off-campus recruitment drives? Is it possible to get the job by attending the off campus interview or it's waste of time? I am just looking for a job and there is no campus placement so I am out of options now. Can you please help?

The off-campus recruitment drives are the placement drives conducted at particular college/ office for unlimited number of candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified by the company. The eligibility criteria required to attend off-campus recruitment drive differs from company to company.

You need to register before for some companies off-campus recruitment drives and for some companies, you can directly go and attend the off-campus recruitment drive. If you have good subject knowledge, communication skills then, you can get a job else, attending those drives will waste your time. So, if you have all the skills required for the job then, I suggest you to attend the off-campus recruitment drive.
