I am interested to work in Syntel. As I am a CSE graduate I think Syntel is best company for me as a fresher. But I came to know that they will recruiting candidates through Bond Agreement. I want to know about this bond. Kindly tell me about it.

As per the bond agreement, you will need to serve the company for at least one year and cannot leave before completion of bond period. If you leave, you will need to pay a lump sum amount as per the bond agreement. This amount is usually around 1 lakh.
