Should I reappear in NIOS as a fresher in all subjects being disqualified in 3 subjects?

Sir,
I am an NIOS candidate and I have given my 12th but disqualified in 3 subjects. Now in exam on demand after 3 months I am getting early dates. But as a fresh candidate I am getting late dates. So can I go for it as a fresh candidate and for all 5 subjects. Please reply fast its really urgent.

It would be better if you appear for 10+2 board exams from National Institute of Open Schooling as fresh candidate because it will help you to have a fresh marksheet and you can score more better marks in all subjects.

At bachelor's degree level, percentage of marks is taken into consideration for placement opportunities.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
