I am in class 10th now. I want to become a Psychiatrist so which stream should I take in class 11th and 12th. What will I do after class 12th to achieve my aim? Please give me the full details for this.

You should choose science stream in 11th and 12th to become a Psychiatrist in future. You should choose Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects in 11th and 12th and after completion of 10+2, you should study MBBS. After completion of MBBS, you have to study MD in Psychiatry or Diploma in Psychological Medicine or DNB Psychiatry to become a Psychiatrist. These are the courses to study to become a Psychiatrist in India.

To become psychiatrist you have to pursue medical stream in 11th and 12th standard from recognised board with at least 50% marks and after that you have to qualify the Pre Medical Entrance Test to pursue MBBS 5 year degree course after that you can do specialisation in psychiatry.
Then you will become psychiatrist.
