Can a student can be suspended and can get Transfer Certificate by Principle in mid term of 10th class after SA-1 for taking his examination sheet to his home in class 10th?

Taking examination sheet to home is big crime and it is not supposed to do by any students, in return school administration can take action which may not be good for student's future.
As you are in 10th standard, you should request to principal to forgive once as in mid term of 10th if school administration gives you Transfer Certificate then no other school will allow you to get admission in 10th standard in same year and so you will not be able to appear in 10th board examination and complete secondary education in usual time.
There is no other option left for you to save your one crucial year.
As, school administration is free to take any action on seeing your illegal activity regarding examination, it is your responsibility to request for mercy in front of school administration and examination department head to give any other punishment but not the transfer certificate.

Yes, he can get a TC in such a case, as it is not allowed to take away your answer script to your house. This is completely disregarded and strict actions are taken against any such candidate. So, if anybody has done it, he/she is very much liable for a good punishment under the situation.

Taking away answer script is not at all entertained in any class and any examination and if any students practices such things, he/she is very much liable to get a Transfer Certificate at the very moment. Moreover, his candidature could also be rejected for the following year.
