Indian Army conducts Soldiers Nursing Assistant’s M.E.R. Exam for the selection of eligible candidates for the Medical Services of Indian Army. Indian Army is one among the largest Army Forces in the world. Large number of candidates wants to get a job in Indian army. This exam provides the opportunity for many candidates to get into a good position in Indian Army. This exam is conducted four times in a year. Those who selected for the concerned post will be able to get promotion as Commissioned Officer.

Structure of Indian Army Soldiers Nursing Assistant’s M.E.R. Exam

The selection of the candidates is based on the written test, interview and a physical fitness test. The written test includes questions of two papers. The first paper includes questions to evaluate the candidates General Intelligence, Mathematical aptitude and general awareness. The test includes questions of objective type format which carries 100 marks. The time duration of the exam will be of 45 minutes. The Second paper includes questions from the subjects of Physics, Biology and Chemistry. The time for this exam is also 45 minutes. Those who clear the written test will have to attend the interview section and for a Physical Test. The selection of the candidates will be based on the score secured in all the three tests.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army Soldiers Nursing Assistant’s M.E.R. Exam

The bachelor male candidates are only eligible for applying the Indian Army Soldiers Nursing Assistant’s M.E.R. Exam. The candidates must be a citizen of India or Nepal. They have to complete their Matriculation exam or any equivalent exam from a recognized board. They must have studied the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their Matriculation period. The age limit of the candidate must be between 16 and 23. The candidates should possess certain Physical standards like 167cms height and weight proportionate to the height.
