MSIT-ESE is a master’s programme in professional software engineering. The course is conducted in collaboration with SRM and CMU. Total duration of the course is 2 years. Students can complete one year of studies at SRM, Chennai and the later at CMU, Pittsburgh, USA. Basic objective behind this course is to create professionals who can design and maintain embedded software intensive systems. In SRM, it is carried out as a joint degree programme between ISR and ECE. Students can take the combination of courses from the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department and the Institute for Software Research (ISR).

Eligibility Criteria for MSIT-ESE Programme at SRM-CMU

Engineering degree holders in any of the following streams can seek admission to the course.
