Eligibility Criteria and Admission process for M.Tech in Network Engineering

Eligibility criteria and admission process may vary slightly with University/institution. Engineering graduation in Information Technology or Computer Science with minimum 60% marks are eligible for admission in Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology. Selection of right candidates is done on the basis of GATE score, entrance test conducted by the institute, academic performance at graduate level, etc. During admission process, 60% weightage is given to GATE score, 20% to B.E/B.Tech marks, 15% to written test conducted by the institute, and the later 5% for teaching experience.

Kalasalingam University considers engineering graduates in related streams of Computer Science or Electronics for admission process. Admission is offered either on the basis of GATE score or Kalasalingam University Post Graduate Entrance Examination (KUPGEE).

Eligible candidates with valid GATE score can look for admission to the course in Government Engineering College, Bartonhill. B.E/B.Tech holders in CSE, IT, ECE, etc is eligible to have admission.

Manipal University offers the course as a dual degree program, along with MSc in Computer Science Engineering of Technical University of Eindhoven. Admissions are done on the basis of Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET).
