Admission Process in College of Technology, Pantnagar

HSC holders having studied subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are eligible for B.Tech degree. 85% of the total seats are reserved for candidates of Uttaranchal. Rest of the 15% seats is considered as ICAR seats. Merit in AIEEE acts as the basis of admission to engineering degree.  B.Tech holders from any of the recognized institutes can seek admission to M.Tech in the concerned subject. Admission is offered primarily on the basis of GATE score.

Candidates seeking admission to Ph.D should qualify the entrance test conducted by the university. Master degree holders with valid UGC NET score can also have admission to the concerned program.
