I want to get an Education Loan from State Bank of Hyderabad for my B.Tech course. I would like to know about the interest rates of Education Loan in this Bank for such candidates who want to do B.Tech. Please help me to know about this asap. Thank you!

Details of Interest rate charge of State Bank of Hyderabad Education loan are provided below :-

--> For loan upto 4 lakhs :- 12.00 PA

--> For loan above 4 Lacs & up to 7.5 Lacs :- 12.25 PA

--> For loan above 7.5 Lacs :- 12.75 PA

State Bank of Hyderabad provides the education loan for financial Assistance of students.
SBH provide the loans for courses like Graduation, Post-graduation including regular technical and professional Degree/Diploma courses conducted by colleges/ universities approved by UGC/ AICTE/ IMC/Govt. etc
For this purpose SBH provide loans up to 10 lacs in India and up to 20 lacs for abroad.
And for this loans Interest Charged following ways
Up to 4 Lacs - 12%.
Above 4 Lacs & up to 7.5 Lacs - 12.25%.
And Above 7.5 Lacs - 12.75%

The interest rate on education loan vary from 9.60% to 11.15% according to the size of the loan and kind of institution. Just make sure that you have got admission in a recognized institute before applying for education loan.

If you want admission in top tier institution then rate of interest will lesser compared to any other institution.

The rate of interest charged by State Bank of Hyderabad on different amount of Education loan is as below:

Upto 4 lacs :12% per annum.

Above 4 lacs and upto 7.5 lacs: 12.25% per annum.

Above 7.5 lacs: 12.75% per annum.

The rate of interest fluctuates from time to time as per orders from Reserve Bank of India and State Bank of India. You will need to comply with the fluctuating interest rate. Usually the rate of interest charged is simple interest for the entire study period and the rate of interest charged by State Bank of Hyderabad is 1% lesser than the prevailing market rate of interest. The rate of interest fluctuates in the range of 12-13.5% per annum.

The interest rate charged by State Bank of Hyderabad totally depends upon amount of education loan to be sanctioned. It is clearly mentioned on official website of SBH, that 12% per annum will be charged for loans upto amount of 4 lacs rupees.

For education loans above 4 lacs, it is 12.25% per annum and for above 7.5 lacs, it is 12.75% per annum. For female candidates, it is 0.5% less than usual interest rate.

Yes, you can apply for an Education loan from State Bank of Hyderabad for pursuing B.Tech course. You must have secured admission in B.Tech course in any Government recognised College/ University to be eligible to apply for an Education loan.
