You can contact leading banks like SBI, HDFC, ICICI, PNB, etc, for education loan. Just make sure that you have confirmed admission at any recognized university in Russia.
Banks offer interest rates according to the RBI rates. Hence, most of the banks will have same rates. Only service of banks will vary. You need to have a guarantor as well as collateral security to get a heavy loan of 6.5 lakhs per year. |
