because minimum qualification :graduation in any discipline minimum marks : 50% Best colleges are in: Bhopal,Pune,Mumbai,Gandhinagar,Delhi,Banglore after that you are a lawyer whether you want criminal lawyer or civil lawyer You can work in both private & govt. sector best of luck |

i am persuing my regular BBA from h.n.b. garhwal university.My 2 yrs of bba are done and as entered into my final year of graduation.i am really very interested in doing L.L.B. as distance learning.i have scored 61% in 10th boards & 49% in 12th boards.My current score in BBA is 58%. Am I eligible for doing distance learning LLB.Please do let me know as want to do LLB as soon as possible. myself.......akash sharma |

Yes, after graduation from any stream you will be eligible to apply for LL.B. which is a 3 years full time course. Some Institutions conducts entrance exam for admission to LL.B., but most of the Institution admits candidate to 3 years LL.B. course basing on the mark of graduation degree.
There is another Law degree called Integrated LL.B. 5 years duration which can be taken after 12th from any stream through entrance exam like CLAT(Common Law Admission Test) conducted by some top Institutions. |

I did BA from Alagappa University by distance education programme and my age is 45. I am working in abroad, can I take LLB Course and can do it through distance education.And can I sit for only exams by studying externally. Please guide me in this regards.

Yes you are eligible for LLB after graduation, the minimum eligiblity for law is 12th pass with 50% marks. If you want to get admission in LLB or LLM then you have to give CLAT entrance exams after clear this exams you will get admission in LAW college........ The minimum qualification for going to LLB degree is graduation. you have to undergo the entrance exam conducted by the University which you want to opt for,You can do it from any of the university which provide this degree. GOOD LUCK. |

LLb eligibility criteria: *The candidates should be a graduate in any stream . *The age limit is 21 - 30 yrs. To continue LLb course which is three years course for this you have to appear CLAT exam: The candidates should have 55% in aggregate in graduation. The persons who are completed a graduation with 50% of average from a recognized university are eligible to apply for LLB.It is a 3 years course and another one is B.A LLB it is a 5 years course.The persons who completed 10+2 is eligible to do this course. So you are absolutely eligible for llb. All the best for your future... |
