after 10+2 science you may enter into indian army otherwise you may also enter after your graduation.

after 10+2 level there are two entry scheme in indian army. here i am giving all details. check it out.

Tech Entry Scheme(TES)

Month of Commencement of Course each year - January and July

Age at the time of joining - 16 and 1/2 to 19 and 1/2 years

Educational Qualification - 10+2 Pass with 70% aggregate in PCM.

How to Apply - Apply directly to the Recruitment Directorate in response to advertisement in May and November

National Defence Academy(NDA):-

Month of Commencement of Course each year - January and July

Age at the time of joining - 16 and 1/2 to 19 years

Educational Qualification - Class 12 of the 10+2 system of education or equivalent

Mode of selection - NDA exam by UPSC and SSB interview

How to Apply - Apply in response to advertisement in March/April & Oct./Nov.

if you have applied for NDA exam then that's the correct way to go into the Indian Army for +2 students. Don't get confused. The exam is scheduled by 17-4-11. So you have time and you can prepare well. Clear the exam and then build up your body and knowledge skills for further rounds of interview.

12th students (science stream) can join Indian Army by three entry scheme_
1. Through NDA examination conducted by UPSC twice in a year for which 12th passouts and 12th appearing students can apply.

2. Through TES (Technical Entry Scheme) for which minimum educational qualification is 12th passout with minimum 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry an Maths.

3. Through SSC (Short Service Commision) for which minimum educational qualification is Graduate.

To join in indian army after 12th std you can write NDA exam. As you have

mentioned that you had filled NDA application form i can say you only one thing

that you are in a right path and go ahead. Other than NDA you can enter the

army as an officer through CDS exam but you need a degree for that exam.

You need to give NDA exam which is held by UPSC twice in a year ..
Now NDA II forum are available if you wish then you have to fill up these forum ........

for indian army nda is the best way .
after 12th you also go for
the nda. CDS is also the examonation. you also join indian army by clearing the exam.

for nda only male candidates are apply for this.
and for cds exam this is the main thing is that this is helpful for the science stream students.

the 2 simple ways to get in indian army

1. NDA

as you are already aware about it, you have to fill the form then there is a written examination
if you get selected then you will get a call letter for SSB, which is of 10 days
there are 3 phases in SSB intervies

1. day 1 - SCREENING
2. day 2-5 - GD, PI, other tests
3. day 6-10 - physical and medicals

if you manage to get in the merit list, you will get the final letter for the NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY

You spend 3 years in NDA then the last one in IMA or naval academy, AF academy as per your preferences.


2. TES

Now lets have a look upon TES [technical entry scheme]
only students with 70% and more in PCM are eligible for this

Procedure:-

fill the form in desired manner, then you will be called for the SSB for 10 days

if you manage to get in merit list, you will be called for IMA

Now here is the difference

You spend the 1st year in IMA and then the next 4 in other army institutes.

Physical Standards:
Height-157.5 cm, For Gorkhas and individuals belongings to hills of North Easter region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon, the minimum height will be 5 cm less. For candidates from Lakshadweep the height will be reduced by 2 cms.
Application procedure:
Application should be on a plain paper as per the prescribed format.
A white envelope containing the application should be Super scribed in Red ink indicating clearly the branch of BE/ Btech applied for i.e ‘ Application for 19 UES Entry : ……… Engineering.
Two unstamped self addressed envelop to receive an interview call letter should also be enclosed with the application.
