how much marks should i get in Isc to have a direct entry in ssb interview

I'm mahfooj ansari.Sir, can I join army. I m student of B.com final year and my % in class 12th is only 43

Yes ofcourse, you can join. But now you are in B.A. 2nd year then I think you should complete your degree with good marks to get better. Then apply for Civil sevices. Exam is conducted by the UPSC every year. Your result in this exam will decide either you are able to join defence or not.

You can join the National Defense Academy and also Indian Military Academy after passing 12th.

Of course, if you complete your graduation then you can get higher post in Indian army.

To join NDA ,you have to pass NDA exam conducted by the UPSC and the SSB interview.

For direct entry in IMA or Indian military academy you must be a graduate with any discipline.

Just keep your eye on the notifications in national dailies and employment news which are brought out in the months of march-april and October-November.

It will be best for you that you seek to join Indian army after doing your graduation.

sir i am dilip kumar bhaskar.can i join army,as i am student of delhi university and doing my b.a 2nd year,and in 12 th i scored 82 % in arts.as i am non -technical student .please show me way to join indian army as an officer.

You have scored low ,marks in 12th, but nevertheless, you can still apply for the Indian army, but all you have to make your English stronger with your other preparations like GS & ELEMENTARY MATHEMATICS.
You have a great chance to test your chances in the Indian army, through NDA examination,..

NDA stands for the NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY, through which one can apply for the Indian naval academy (NA),
Indian air force (IAF)
Indian military academy (IMA) ..

This NDA exam is conducted by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION(UPSC), for twice in a year.
The minimum educational requirement for this NDA exam is a 12th degree from a recognized board.
So, you can apply for the NDA examination through official page of www.upsc.gov.in

For an Air & naval force aspirant, he must have subjects PHYSICS & MATHS in 12th, with at least 60% (aggregate). Otherwise, you can only apply for the INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY.(IMA)

The age limit for this examination is 16.5-19 years . Keep it mind (for reserved categories), there is not any kind of age limit relaxations are applicable.

Physical Standards--





You must have Indian citizenship.

You must be unmarried.

Only male candidates are eligible for the NDA examination.
