You can join Indian navy through following Exam;-

NDA exam, CDS exam

NDA stands for national defense academy examination which is conducted by UPSC twice in year as NDA(1) and NDA (2).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED -

your age should be 16.5 to 19 years and only unmarried male candidates can apply for this examination. to apply for air force

or naval wing examination you should passed 10+2 with physics and math’s as compulsory subjects. to apply for army wing examination

you should passed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognized school.

The examination is based these criteria - written examination
interview
physical / medical fitness

Dear friend the best way to join indian navy is through NDA exams.
NDA exam conducted by UPSC twice a year.

Elligibility criteria are:-

Candidate must have to 12th passed with PCM subject from a recognized Board. Final year candidate also appearing this exam.


Age limit:-

Age between 16.5 to 19 years.
There is no age relaxation.

Candidate should be an Indian.
Only unmarried male candidate.

So, you are not elligible now because the minumum age is 16.5 years.

Indian Navy can be joined through NDA(National Defence Academy) entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice every year after 12th for an entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force.

The eligible candidate aspiring for Indian Navy of NDA, must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health.

The selection is through written exam followed by Personal Interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test.

i am a 17 years old. i want to join THE INDIAN NAVY. i got 71% marks in rbse board 2013 in science maths faculty so how to apply in the indian navy?

You can join Indian Navy by giving recruitment exam of Defence services by conducted by UPSC.

There are two exam conducted in our country for recruitment to Indian Navy.

1. National Defence Academy(NDA) Examination

2. Combined Defence Service(CDS) Examination

Both of the exams are conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) of India.

I'm passed 12 pcm with 63% marks, and my age 23, and I join merchant navy, that is possible
