To become an IPS officer you should complete the 12th standard .After completing 12th class you need to do higher studies any bachelor degree from recognized university.
IPS stands for Indian Police Service This exam is conducted by UPSC once in every year. Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree Age Criteria:- 21 to 30 years Selection Procedure :- Written exam & Interview |

To be associated with the IPS or the Indian Police Service, you must give the UPSC exam or the Civil Services exam.
To crack this exam you must have thoroughly studied NCERT books and solved the previous year papers. Also you must be up to date with the latest happenings in the world especially Indian politics. |

Hi Sir, My son will be completing his 10th std this year,could you guide us what should he take up after 10th grade for the next 5 years if he wants to study for the IPS in his near future.
