age relaxation for appiying in state govt jobs for central govt employ

I am a central PSU permanent employee aged 48 yrs. Can I apply for job in ESI medical services ?

I am a employee of Panchayat Samiti working last two years in West Bengal under West Bengal PRI system as PS Clerk appointed by Executive Officer of Zilla Parisad. Before that working as contactual employee two years under Govt. of West Bengal.
May I appear in a Central Govt. Clerical Staff with age relaxation where age relaxation mentioned in advertisement "Age relaxable for
Govt. employee upto 40 years" as I fullfilled all essential & desirable criteria as per that advertisement.

Min of Age limit : 18 years & max of Age limit : 30 years for General candidates
3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates
5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates
Ex-Servicemen : 10 years

Different government jobs have different age limits ranging from 24 to 40 years from general category however ST,SC and ex-servicemen candidates can avail additional 5years age relaxation and OBC candidates can avail 3years while as Windows,women can also avail separate age limit.
