Am I eligible for Navy after completing B.Tech from M.E branch?


I'm B.Tech student from ME branch.And i'm a girl.Am i applicable for NAVY.Plz tell me

Eligibility for Merchant Navy Jobs in India

As far eligibility is concerned you have to be a B.E./ M.E. in Marine Engineering or else a B.Sc. in Nautical Science. For all these courses you have to have the basic 10+2 level qualification. In your twelfth standard exam you need to maintain a minimum 55 % aggregate (60 % in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and 50% in the subject of English)
NATIONALITY

British, Irish and Commonwealth citizens may join the Royal Navy or Royal Marines. However, certain career paths are only available to British citizens. See the link below for details

Merchant Navy After Mechanical Course



Ummm.. I am Not sure If Girls Are Allowed Or not Not but you Can Sure Try out with the help of contact Address given Below.
Well, The Students who graduate in Mechanical engineering, have to Apply for a 1 Year Course to join the Officer's Post..


There are also Institutes which Offer these Trainings In International standards. They Are:

i'm doing my 3rd year of B.E mech...when can i apply for merchant navy..in the 6th sem ,or final year or only after my engineering....

yes,you are eligiable for the Navy after completing B.Tech from M.E branch.

to join in the Navy after completing B.Tech from M.E branch, you have to give UPSC-CDS exam.

eligibility criteria for the CDS exam is given below

>>For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics & Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering.

>>Age limit:-

For Naval Academy age limit is 19-22 Years.

dear friend,
After B.tech from M.E branch you want to join in NAVY..
Then you have to appear in exams like- CDS...

Eligibility for CDS:-

For Indian Navy:-

*The candidate must have complete the graduation in engineering field with 60% aggregate..

*The age should be in between 19-22 years..

So, go for the exam..
