You can definitely apply for the Civil Services examination during your final year of B.Tech. degree. The notification for the exam will be published on 19th February, 2011. The last date for the receipt of application form is 21st March, 2011. The notification for the same is published in Employment News and in National dailies. Yes You Are Eligible To Appear In This Exams Because To Appear In This Exams You Must have a Bachelors degree from recognised University or an Equivalent Qualification With Physics and Mathematics at 12th OR Bachelor of Engineering.
And If You Are are Studying in final year Degree Course and have yet to Pass Final Year degree Examination or Equivalent Examination, Then You can also Apply For This Examination. And You Will Received The Application form for Civil Services Preliminary Examination, 2011 From the designated Head Post Offices Or Post Offices throughout the country Against Cash Payment of Rs 20. hi...
if you are above 21 years of age then you can surely apply for the civil services examination,but my sincere advice to you would be that don't try to apply without any preparation and waste your one valuable chance because there are only four attempts for the exam, it would be better if you prepare for one year and then give the exam,because this exam is one of the toughest in the world and really requires lots of preparation all the best |

yes you are eligible for IAS exam it needs only graduation from anyy recognised university..
important dates are.. Exam.... Prelims 2011 Date of Notification.......19 Feb 2011 Last date for receipt of applications .........21 Mar 2011 Date of Commencement and its duration......12 Jun 2011 1 Day(Sunday . Minimum academic qualifications prescribed.......A degree from a recognised university or equivalent Age Limits.......21-30 years as on 1.8.2011 Remarks........Candidates appearing at the degree examination also eligible to compete subject to certain conditions |

Yes, You can apply for U.P.S.C. civil service examination.
A final year graduate student can also apply for this exam. ELIGIBILITY:- Educational Qualification:- -You must be a graduate from recognized university. -Candidates completed their graduation from technical / professional courses are also eligible to apply. -Final year candidate can also apply for the exam. -Only passing mark is enough to appear in the exam. -you must be Indian citizen. Age limit:- -Age limit is 21-30 years . -For SC/ST 5 YEARS of age relaxation is available. -For O.B.C. 3 years of age relaxation is available.
