Bachelor degree is the basic qualification insisted by IBPS for clerk/P.O positions. Anyhow, final year graduates are not eligible to attend the test. It is not at all mentioned in IBPS notification. You can attend the test for a trial. But, if you got selected in the written test, you need to submit degree certificate at the time of interview.

Dear sir, I have completed my degree in M.E computer science and Engineering. Am i eligible to appear for IBPS exam.?? If so, do which category should i apply for ?? Kindly suggest me sir, please.

Hi,
Yes a final year graduate candidate can apply for IBPS examination. Beside the academic qualification there are some other conditions have to be fulfilled to appear for IBPS: -> Age of the candidate must be in between 21 to 30 years. -> To apply for IBPS PO candidate must have at least one computer certification course. Their are three IBPS examinations conducted for three post 1. Clerk. 2. Probationary Officer. 3. Special Officer. To apply online for IBPS you have to visit http://www.ibps.in/ All the best. |

No you are not eligible for IBPS entrance exam .IBPS conducts exam in every year for clerical post and PO post.According to new amendments in government rules final year students can't apply for IBPS exam.
Eligibility Criteria:-You must have required a Bachelor degree in any stream from recognized university. Age Limitations:-Age must be in between 21 to 28 years for clerical post & 21 to 30 years for PO post. Exam Pattern:-Written exam Selection Procedure:-On the basis of written exam & Interview. |

No. Final year Graduate candidates can not appear for IBPS Entrance Exam.
Only those students who have successfully completed Graduation in any of the discipline from a recognized college can appear for IBPS Entrane Exam. Hence, you can not apply now since you are pursuing final year Graduation. But, you can apply for next year. IBPS means Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. IBPS Exam is written exam for all public sector banks. Students should have the age of 20-28 years for IBPS Exam. Relaxation in age for 3 years for OBC category and for 5 years for SC/ ST category. IBPS conducts only exam and after qualifying in exam, there is an Interview for the students. |
