Re: Eligibility criteria for UPSC exam after graduation?
Please tell me that I have done my graduation from a foreign university which is neither UGC, AICTE nor AIU recognized or by any other government body. but then i did my MBA from a UGC recognized university incorporated by an act of the state legislature in India. Please tell me, am i eligible to sit in the UPSC exam for IAS.
As it says "The candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification. So i think my MBA will work for the eligibility criteria to sit for IAS exam. or is it compulsory to have a ugc recognized graduate degree??? |
