There is no other college best for it other then IIT's and IISC.

Admission is based on valid gate scores.

if you want to do m.tech in communication then you should write gate .the dates for gate this year has passed,so keep a track of the dates for application forms next year which is generally available from october and the exams are held in january.

after clearing gate if your percentile is >98 then you can get into colleges like IIT's,NIT's AND IISC.

yes, you can only go for IIT,NIT and IISC institutes for m.tech in communication or networking.

you can get a good college for pursuing m.tech in communication or networking , if you apply for gate exam.....or if you want to do it from your home town university you can directly apply for the course ...and you will get the college easily on the basis of your marks and domicile ........the course is available in almost all the reputed colleges like iits,nits,.....

These Engineering college are best to pursue m-tech in communication
or networking like - IITs, BHU, AMU, IISc, NITs. But to get admission in
these colleges, you have to give GATE exams, after score good marks
and rank in gate exams you will get admission in these colleges.......

students from branches like ece,it & cs are eligible for doing m.tech from networking.
also other branches can do, paying etra 200rs extra with their forms.

India there will be no problem for higher study.
For M.Tech there are so many institutes,the colleges are selected according to the GATE score.

the top most colleges are:
1:IITs,
2:NITs,
3:VIT,
5:KIIT,

There are various engineering colleges you can join for M.tech....but you need to qualify Gate exam firrst with high score for a better college....Good luck !!
