i am mechanical engineering student of 3rd year want to do summer training at iit delhi .....pls give me full details of courses and how to apply ?what is the fee structure etc

yes you can surely apply for summer training in iit delhi but you must should be goo score in B.tech because if you have not good marks in B.tech then you don't apply in iit delhi.
for this procedure you must make one letter from training and placement depatment from your college to the name of iit delhi and you send that letter to iit delhi.after 7-8 days they give you reply for every thing.
