How to become an IAS officer? How can I prepare for this?

My question is my kid want to become an IAS officer. How can i prepare for this, as a father of my kid. My daughter is studying in VI standard. I would like to know about counselling, advice, preparation, like other any related and about extra activities like sports dance.. etc etc. |
