after MCA whether NET exam or GATE exam is better.

both the exams have their own importance and both the exams are bettter, if any one of the exam you cleared you can get many choices to do further in your career,
I would suggest you to try to appear both the exams for your better career,
or you can take it as IQ Test exam

You need to decide based on your career aspirations. Like if you are interested in the field of teaching then NET is the best option. If you are interested in going into the technical side or research then GATE is a better option. You can choose the stream which you feel is best for you. After MCA you also have the option to go in for job if interested.

Both of these two options are good. But in case of success rate, M.Tech is far better than the NET exam.

Because NET exam is much tough in comparison to any other higher study entrance exam.

All the general course graduate students apply for NET exam after they complete their Master's degree with good percentage.

Besides this, the GATE score is very much important in a candidate's profile.

You have already done MCA, which is quite equivalent to a B.Tech graduation in computer science. In the market,the software sector has high demand for MCA degree holders.

You really don't need to do another Master's degree after MCA, but as you want to do further studies i will suggest you to take up GATE exam and score good rank.


So it is up to you what you will do next.

the best option will be write the gate exam and get an good rank so that you can get admission in the iits,
an higher degree from an iit will really take your career to places ,
that option is not there in net exam,even though write the exam but give more preference to the gate exam,
also the campus placement offers are good from gate oriented colleges,
also all the college give admission based on gate score but that's not the case with net exam,
