Dear pal,
GATE is the aptitude exam conducted for the engineers. It is a prestigious exam which is recognised by many universities for the admission into masters and post graduate course and also by public sector companies while filling the vacancies. Eligible aspirant can apply during final year of their engineering programme also. The exam is conducted only once in a year. There is no restriction on the number of attempts and one can attempt any number of times. Once a aspirant has cleared the exam the score card will be sent to them and the score is valid for a duration of two years.
