if you are interested in the government jobs then its better for you to appear for the INDIAN STATISTICAL SERVICES exam conducted by he UPSC, the various information about the dates of the exam are date of notification:30-7-2011 last date for receipt of application:12-9-2011 date of exam:3-12-2011 the exam is conducted for three days duration you can have all other information from the website www.upsc.gov.in
