What is the step to be followed to get placed in wipro? could u pleas emention to me the steps here

Dear,
Below I'm going to tell you what procedure wipro follow to the placement

STEPS I : Written test (Quant, English, Logical reasoning & Technical exam)
STEP II - Technical interview (Emphasis on your skills that are written in your resume)
STEP III - HR interview
STEP IV - Final result

In wipro no Group discussion round that is very common in some other placement drives.

They want through out 50% marks in career.Pending backlog candidate are not eligible for Wipro exam.But B-TECH degree marks must be above 60%.

Only one year gap in career candidate not applicable for Wipro.

Process of Wipro recruitment is

1)Written Test
2)Technical Interview+Personal Interview

In some cases they are conduct for GD also.
