My father having a annual income of below 100000, but mother was a state govt teacher and annual income 6 lakhs. How to get OBC certificate and what category?

To fall under the category of Other Backward Class (non-creamy) the income of the parents should be less than 6 Lakh per annum as per revised schedule. If the income of the parents crosses 6 Lakh per annum then you will be fall under Creamy layer.
Though your parents have income of 7 Lakh per annum you will not fall under the Non Creamy layer and you will be considered as a Creamy layer member and you will not get any benefit of the reservation for your exams.

To get OBC certificate, you need to visit your nearest revenue office and apply for the certificate along with some documents like your Aadhar Card, 10th standard marks sheet, etc., You need to pay the specified application fee to apply for OBC certificate. Since, your mother has annual income of 6 lakhs, you are not eligible to get any benefits from state government even if you get OBC certificate.

If your family income is above 6 lakhs per year, then you won't be eligible for OBC certificate. You will come under creamy layer and will be treated as a general category candidate.

Only those who belong to non creamy layer will get OBC reservation, for which your family income should be less than 6 lakhs per annum.
