Now, I am in 2nd year and I scored less than 50% marks in my 1st year. So, can I give my improvement exam after my graduation final year. Is it possible.

Improvement examinations are the examinations which are conducted by the respective board/ university for candidates who have qualified in regular examinations and wish to improve their examination marks. If your respective university conducts an improvement examination then, you are eligible to give improvement examinations else, you can't appear in improvement examinations.

Yes, you can appear for improvement examination just after completion of your graduation, i.e. in the concluding year and not a couple of years ago. Therefore, you should opt for the examination as soon as possible and you will be very much able to opt for it.

You will have to fill up the required application form for it.

If you are interested to repeat exam for first year then you should write exam at a time. According to me there is no any benefit to write exam after completion of course. You should give exam first then only pursue 2nd year.
