Am I eligible to apply for job in Software companies after completion of BE Mechanical engineering? Can you please let me know the minimum criteria followed for the same? It will be really helpful if you can answer me soon on this. Thank you!

Yes, you are eligible to apply for job in Software based companies after successful completion of B.E in Mechanical Engineering. But there are very less chances of getting selected in Software companies based on Mechanical Background.

So I would request you to find job opportunities in Government sector or Core or Private sector of Mechanical Field rather than finding in Software based companies. Yes, I can say that Mechanical Engineering candidates are eligible to get job in software companies.

The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible is B.E/ B.Tech in any stream from a recognized university. You must have secured minimum 60% marks throughout the academics in order to be eligible.
