Am I eligible for the job of big bazar as permanent staff because today at interview I am not get job because of my NIOS 12th certificate they said it is not acceptable for the job you have to passed from regular...it is valueless. Please tell me what should I do now?

If the criteria is such that you should have a regular medium of education certificate, then there is no other option other than to have a certificate and apply for the job. Therefore, I am sorry to say that you cannot apply for job if you cannot fulfill the eligibility criteria.

However, do not get disheartened as not all organizations look fro regular mode of education, some hire candidates even if they are from distance mode, you should keep on looking for job in various organizations and you will definitely get a job soon.
