Yes you can a join a Multi National Company as a fresh/experienced executive.

However to answer your question in detail you need to clearly mention your area of interest (Banking, IT, Marketing etc.)

The MNCs will have set standards in terms of age, educational qualification etc.
They will conduct interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions to short list people.
You will need to be very good in communication.
Prepare yourself thoroughly for the above.
