Will I get Terminated if not appearing examination if working from 6 months in Accenture?
Hello Sir,
I have got selected in Accenture Bangalore and working from 6 months. I am getting frustrated because of the examinations taken by Accenture every month. I want to know if I will not appear the exams then they will terminate me? |

Exams are important part in Accenture. If you want to get promotions and hikes then you need to be versatile and for this, you need to take up various internal training given by Accenture. On getting certified in these by clearing the exams, you will enhance your skill, get into projects and grow in your career. Otherwise you might have to be in bench and after few months, when Accenture will ask to change domain by taking training in other field, if you refuse to do so or fail, you will be given a second chance and in the third time you will be terminated.
