Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a student from Gurgaon. I have passed class 12th with 70% in CBSE, Gurgaon(NCR). I have got only 108 marks in JEE Main. So I have decided to drop out and repeat in this year. I want to ask you that whether I could repeat my Board exams as well from Delhi region either as internal or external? The reason for this is to get the Delhi quota. Please give me the details for the same. Thanks in advance!

No, you cannot reappear for class 12 examination after being passed.

The candidate cannot appear for the second time in same or another board to pursue same class to acquire more marks.

No, you cannot reappear in CBSE 12th Board examinations from Delhi region after completing your 12th standard from Gurgaon.

You can appear as external candidate from Delhi region but, you are not eligible to appear as internal candidate in Delhi being a 12th standard CBSE Board student from Guargon.

Do not need to repeat the 12th class because 12th class marks doesn't matter in JEE exam. For better college you just need to score better marks in JEE exam (Joint Entrance Exam). Admissions will be provided on the behalf of merit list generated by JEE marks. Just focus on your JEE marks try to score better then the last year.

You cannot re-appear for your boards once you have cleared it. However, you can opt for improvement examination if you feel that you haven't scored well in your boards.

You should however contact your school officials at the earliest in order to fill up the application form for it and after submission of application forma long with the examination fee and the required details, you will be very much eligible to appear for your board examination in the concluding year as a private candidate.

There is no need to repeat class 12th because of class 12th are not considered in JEE.
You will be not allowed to repeat your class 12th as you are already passed. Reexam is for those students who are fail.in any particular subject.

I suggest you to do hard work for JEE there is no need to repeat class 12th. If you have scored good marks in JEE then you will get admission on the basis of your rank.
