Sir I have passed my 10+2 from national open school and I have got 3217 rank in UPTU but there is problem that they are asking for character certificate in counseling from the principal of the school last attended and which is not possible in my case so please tell me that there is any substitute of it. Please reply this I have asked this question earlier also but there is no response from your side.

You can contact your school authorities, i.e. you can write an application to the University(whether be it open or regular) about the problem you are currently facing and I am sure they will help you out with it.

You should also visit their office and tell them about your issue.

To collect your character certificate you have to contact your School authorities.
You have write an application to the University about the problem which you are having regarding character certificate. I am sure you will be guided by them.
Best option for you will be that you should directly visit to the office of University and explain them the problem.
