No specific eligibility criteria is required for appearing in GRE examination. Anyone irrespective of age, educational qualification, etc., are eligible to appear in GRE examination. GRE is a standardised test which is an admission requirement for most Graduate schools in United States. The GRE score is valid for a period of 5 years. Since, you are pursuing Civil Engineering, you are eligible to appear in GRE examination.

There is no specific eligibility criterion available for GRE (Graduate Record Examinations).

It is for the purpose of admission to the colleges in abroad.

The aspirant can register for a test irrespective of age and qualification.

It is a online examination. There are some coaching classes also available for the GRE.

Yes, you can apply for GRE Exam being an Engineering Graduate. Remember, you are eligible to apply for GRE Examination only when you are pursuing Final year of B.Tech (Civil Engineering). Generally there is no specific eligibility criteria for appearing in GRE Examination. So candidates can take up this examination irrespective of the academic qualification. This examination is basically conducted for admission into Graduate and Post Graduate Level examinations. So being a Civil Engineering candidate, you are certainly eligible to apply for GRE Examination.
