Should I change my branch in IT from CSE to study in USA if scored 297 marks in GRE and 6.5 Bands in IELTS?

My btech aggregate is 72(CSE)
GRE score is 297 and IELTS 6.5

about the changing in IT branch..

By looking at you B.Tech percentage, GRE Score and IELTS band, there is no need to change the branch to IT from CSE. There are many career opportunities by doing MS in CSE. Based on your marks, you can get in to best colleges in USA.
