What is the minimum criteria required to do MS in USA? Am I eligible to apply after completion of B.E in ECE with 68% marks? Can you please guide me with the information on the same? It will be helpful if you can provide me the answer soon. Thank you!

IELTS Stands for International English Language Testing System.
