Air Force School is an affiliated Central Board School Education school which is spreaded in the campus of 15 acres. Ms. Deepika Thapar Singh is the Principal of the school. The school came into existence as an unaided co-educational institute. The school has classes from KG to class 12th. The school also provide boarding facilities too but only boys may board. The major objective behind the establishment of the school was to provide education to the children of the Indian Air Force personnel. The institute was started in the year 1955 by the late Air Air Marshal Subroto Mukherjee. The school provides comprehensive modern education to the children.

Air Force School is recruiting eligible candidates on the following positions of PGT, TGT, Librarian, Clerk Accounts etc. All appointment will be made initially purely on contractaul basis for an academic year. 1. Recruitment of PGT (Physics, Maths PET and Commerce):
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree with relevant subject & B.Ed.
Pay Scale: Gross salary of Rs. 14000.

2. Recruitment of TGT (English, Hindi, Maths, Science):
Educational Qualification: Graduation with relevant subject & B.Ed.
Pay Scale: Gross salary of Rs. 13800.

3. Recruitment of TGT Music (Vocal & Instrumental):
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Music from any recognized university.
Pay Scale: Gross salary of Rs. 13800.

4. Recruitment of TGT (Dance):
Educational Qualification: Matriculation and minimum two years experience in recognized ballet troupe as a dance artist.
Pay Scale: Gross salary of Rs. 13800.

5. Recruitment of Librarian:
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Library Science.
Pay Scale: Gross salary of Rs. 13800.

6. Recruitment of PRT:
Educational Qualification: Graduate with B.Ed.
Pay Scale: Gross salary of Rs. 12000.

7. Recruitment of NTT:
Educational Qualification: Graduate with relevant NTT Diploma.
Pay Scale: Gross salary of Rs. 7000.

8. Recruitment of Clerk Accounts:
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce with computer knowledge.
Pay Scale: Gross salary of Rs. 7500.

9. Recruitment of Clerk (General Duties):
Educational Qualification: Graduate with good working knowledge of English, Computer & Computer typewriting with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
Pay Scale: Gross salary of Rs. 5500.

Eligibility:

Candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in their graduate degree.
